How this template, the create-bht-component-registry tool, the code they generate and this site are provided. Short, because the licence does the work.

Licence

Everything here is open source under the MIT License, the same licence most open-source component libraries use. It is short, and it is the whole of the terms: you may use, copy, change and redistribute the software for any purpose, as long as the copyright notice stays with it, and it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind — no promise that it is correct, secure, fit for your purpose or free of defects, and no liability for what happens when you use it. Read the licence; everything below only spells out what it means here.

What is yours

Code generated for you — components, pages, configuration — is yours. Behive Tech claims no rights in it, and you choose the licence for your own packages (license in each package.json; the generator writes MIT, change it as you like).

What you run is yours to run

A site built from this template is published by whoever deploys it. The packages you release, the registries and credentials you use, the content you put on your site, and the third-party services you connect — npm registries, GitHub, hosting providers, embedded design files — are between you and them, under their terms. Nothing in the template, the tool or this documentation is legal, security, accessibility or compliance advice.

Trademarks

Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners. Mentioning a tool, service or company does not imply affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

Privacy

A site built from this template collects no personal data by default: it is static files, with no accounts, forms or analytics. Anything the operator adds — analytics, embedded third-party content, forms — is the operator's to disclose and handle.

Consulting and the expanded version

Consulting engagements, and any provision, support or update of the expanded version, are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing in this repository or on this site is an offer of either.
