Base Styles

a7bf591: Generate Material Design 3 tokens. tokens.scss is now produced by scripts/generateTokens.mjs (run it with pnpm --filter @behivetech/theme.base-styles tokens) using @material/material-color-utilities.

What it emits:

• --md-sys-* tokens: color roles for light and dark schemes, the type scale, elevation, shape, state-layer opacities and motion.
• Theme selection: the OS setting picks the scheme, and data-theme="light" | "dark" on the root forces one.

The pre-MD3 names (--color-*, --radius-*, --shadow-*, --transition-*) still work. They now point at the matching MD3 values and are scheduled for removal.

Visible change: the default palette is now generated from BeHive purple #2C1760 (the tonalspot scheme) instead of the old indigo. Apps can generate their own colors only with BRAND_SOURCE, BRAND_SCHEME, BRAND_COLORS_ONLY=1 and BRAND_OUT.

d0111c4: transient layers (dropdown, toast, tooltip) now stack above surfaces

--z-dropdown moves 100 to 450 so Select and DropdownMenu popups render above Modal (400) and sticky headers (200). Every overlay atom portals its content to document.body, so a popup is a sibling of the modal that spawned it rather than a descendant, and raw z-index is the only thing ordering them. Inline fallbacks are corrected too, for consumers importing an atom's CSS without base-styles' tokens.
